Harvest time in September. Fermentation begins at controlled temperature in steel vats, then the wine ends the fermentation in French oak barrels for 18/20 months.

The color of this wine is intense red. On the nose, redberry, vanilla and plum jam; the taste is full, tannic.

Serve at a temperature of 18°C.
