The grapes of this Nero d’Avola are harvested by machine. The fermentation is carried out at a temperature of 22/24°C for about 6 days, then it ages for about 6 months.
This wine has an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. The aroma is complex, very persistent with a pleasant touch of red fruit; it is soft, warm and elegant on the palate.
Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
