The vineyards are located in West Sicily at 350 mt asl. Hand-picked grapes are fermented in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks with no addition of selected yeast. The wine is fermented at low temperature for 10 days in order to preserve most of the aromatic flavors of the varieties.
The color of this Nero d’Avola is inky red; the bouquet is intense with black cherries and berries, and the taste is velvety rich with soft-tannins.
Serve at room temperature.
