DETAILS: traditional maceration of the skins, temperature-controlled fermentation with pressings in stainless steel tanks, stored in bottles. It has a ruby red, intense, brilliant colour, the aroma is a rich bouquet pleasantly fruity, hints of violet and raspberry and the taste is dry, sapid and bitter with a slight taste of almonds, good grip, full texture, rich in character.
