Harvest time in the late September. Vinification in stainless steel tanks and aging in Frenach barriques for 8 months. For a small percentage of our grapes is used an over-ripeness.
The color is ruby red with. Intense on the nose with spicy notes and wild strawberry. Its tannin is soft and surprising in the mouth for its extraordinary flavor. A persistent wine and with great personality.
Serve at a temperature of 18°C.
