DETAILS:

Harvest time in September. Traditional fermentation in cement vasts amd refinement in big barrels for one year.

The colour is ruby red with orange-brown reflections. Intense on the nose, with oasky smell acquired from the barrel. Warm taste, full and tannic with vanilla and biscuits tones.

Serve at a temperature of 18°C.
