Cultivation: Guyot viticulture in organic conversion. Each variety is treated separately with temperature control. Contact with skins varys 15 days on skins for Cigliegiolo and Merlot, 25 for Sangiovese. Then, aging of 12 months in French oak. Once bottled, without filtrations or clarifications, the wine ages for 12 more months.
“Selvoso” is brilliant on the nose with a mix of floreal, small berries and aromatic herbs, closing on a mineral note. Silky on the palate, rich and fresh with small red berries evolves into a vibrant finish.
