Following the traditional winemaking method, the ripe grapes are harvested from the vineyard and pressed immediately. The grapes are then poured into large stainless steel tanks for fermentation. Primary fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 27/28°C for a few days. The wine ages in steel tanks, in addition to a short passage in wood.
This wine has an intense ruby red color. The bouquet is characteristic, with oak and fruit, delicate and harmonious. In the mouth it is pleasantly sweet, harmonious and fruity with notes of cherry and plum.
Serve at 16/18°C.
