Harvest in September. Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Pale yellow colour with greenish reflections. On the nose the wine is flowery with banana and peach tones. The taste is fresh with a slightly bitter almond aftertaste.
Serve at a temperature of 12°C.
