Harvest in September. The fermentation begins in stainless steel vats, followed by 10 months in barriques.
This Lugana Borghetta Riserva has a straw yellow color. It is flowery with exotic fruit and vanilla hints, and the taste is fresh with peach and bitter aftertaste.
Serve at a temperature of 12-15°C.
