SUGGESTED FOOD: Excellent with cookies and chocolate desserts. It goes well also with soft and mature cheeses.
The freshly harvested grapes are destemmed and subjected to a soft pressing. The must ferments in contact with the skins in steel in steel vats at a controlled temperature.
The bottling is preceded by the refermentation in pressurized tanks.
Il Montù Sangue di Giuda Oltrepò pavese DOC is a sparkling ruby red wine with purple red lather. An intense bouquet, fragrant of must and berries. The taste is sweet, soft, with a pleasant freshness on the finish.
Serve at a temperature of 12-14°C.
