DETAILS:

Tumultuous and malolactic  fermentation, at 25—30° C.  Skin contact time is about 6 days. It is best drink it after 4-5 years.

Red colour. The smell reminds us of berries, a hint of tobacco and spices.

Serve at 16°-18° C.
