The cultivation is a Guyot viticulture in organic conversion. Fermented in inox vassels with temperature control without additional yeasts. In contact with skins for 35 days. Aging: 15 months in French oak; once bottled without filtrations or clarifications, it ages for 12 more months.
It is a very intense wine with great complexity on the nose; the richness of fruit nuances is enhanced by hints of minerals and dark-colored spices, closing on a note of rhubarb and thyme. The palate is immediately exciting, with a nice tension that is vibrant and dynamic thanks to the fine layered tannic texture and an important minerality which accompanies it through the deep finish.
